Founder & President Profile
Pam Riddell is the founder and Managing Partner of Sales Consultants of Jacksonville, the #1 office in MRINetwork™ within the Corrugated Industry.
Pam has helped more than 1000 people improve their careers and was the Southeast Region's "Account Executive of the Year" four times and a "Top Ten Recruiter" three times while achieving "Pacesetter" status 23 times since 1992.
Her success is built upon her knowledge and influence within the corrugated industry which she worked within for 15 years in sales, scheduling and customer service. Pam was even married to a Plant Manager within the industry. Her commitment to the industry includes membership in TAPPI, AICC, and POPAI.
Green Bay Packaging was her first client and other satisfied companies she has worked with include International Paper, PCA (Timbar), Norampac and Koch Industries.
Our office works nationally and at all management levels within the industry. Our most recent assignments have included Production Managers, Sales Managers, Sales Reps and Designers.
Personal Philosophy
